My Story

Once upon a time, there was a woman with bright pink hair, a big heart, and an even bigger dream — to make the world a little kinder, one conversation at a time.

Her name? Karen.
But most people simply called her The Pink-Haired Lady.

It started in the NDIS world — a space filled with good people doing incredible things, but often feeling isolated, unseen, and tired of surface-level “networking.”
Karen saw that people needed more than just business cards and flyers — they needed connection.
So she began creating spaces that felt different.
Spaces that felt like home.

Her events weren’t polished conferences or corporate meet-ups.
They were circles of conversation, laughter, and authenticity — filled with colour, community, and care.
People left feeling inspired, supported, and seen for who they truly were.

But over time, Karen realised something powerful.
Connection wasn’t just missing in the NDIS world — it was missing everywhere.
Entrepreneurs, creatives, carers, small-business owners, professionals, teachers, parents — they all craved the same thing:
a place to belong.

So she followed her intuition and did what she always does — she created something new.

Karen still shows up with her pink hair and big smile, introducing people, lifting others up, and reminding everyone that connection is how we grow.
